Biedermeier Chest (Item #3255)

Our Biedermeier Chest of Drawers draws from the Classical lines popularized in central Europe in the 19th century. Furniture designers at the time simplified the motifs from the French Empire period to come up with their own look. Note the architecturally inspired bowfront drawers and columns with brass inserts and foot pads. Finished in a lightly antiqued hand French polish. We modernize the functionality by adding soft close runners on the drawers.
